We are now looking for a Paint Foreman to strengthen the team at Werksta Sollefteå. As a Paint Foreman, you play a key role in ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in our workshop. You will work with a dedicated team of technicians to ensure that our vehicles are returned in top condition.

Your profile - Experienced Paint Foreman

We are looking for someone with proven experience in painting work and a passion for delivering excellent results. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can coordinate work for an efficient flow in the workshop.

• Experience in painting work on vehicles.
• Ability to lead and distribute tasks within the team.
• Strong focus on detail work and precision.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
• Driver's license B is a requirement.

Responsibilities as a Paint Foreman

• Plan and lead painting work to ensure time-efficient and high-quality jobs.
• Ensure that all painting processes meet our quality standards.
• Perform thorough quality checks before and after painting.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow.
• Document and report completed work in our systems.
